I think if you switched Morand for Comtois its fair and thats the deal i originally proposed

I mean, the deal is not awful, but it also will never happen. The whole Manson-to-Leafs thing is not happening. His remaining contract term no longer makes his deal appealing and the hell the Leafs are in with their cap situation, now and in future, when he is due for a raise. Leafs need a hard futures package to get back into the first round of the 2020 draft. They also need a new young goaltender on on a good contract with term, so although the Ducks have all that stuff, I can't see them giving it up that easily.
