Yah but you could sign someone else with the extra money if you didn’t overpay Strome. He isn’t as good as people think. He is a 3c, that’s got carried by the line mates around him (mostly Panarin). You guys should go and sign a good LHD, and then you will be better. Plus where’s DeAngelo?

I do agree that the weak link is the LHD but with Staal's and Smith's unmovable contracts and the cap staying at 81,5m next year it's pretty tight.

Interesting. I just wouldn’t pay Strome that much. But yah it’s going to be hard to get a LHD for them, but they have to find a way to get one if they plan on being any better.
