I know you’re just playing around. But there was serious scar tissue with Hamilton in Calgary. He was only a Flame for 3 years and by the start of year 2 is when the Marner/Nylander for Hamilton rumours started. So clearly there was smoke to that for almost 2 seasons.

It was a good trade for both sides. Hamilton is a guy who thrives in a market where the spotlight isn’t on him 24/7 and Lindholm has thrived in a hockey market.
