Big three team trade if the Jackets win the lottery

Description
I think this trade would work for all teams involved. It solves a lot of issues and allows all three team flexibility. Foligno is really to make the money work but Buffalo could use his leadership ability. So it breaks down like this:

Detroit gets:
Werenski
Joonas Korpisalo
Casey Mittelstadt
2020 2nd round pick (Chi)

Buffalo gets:
Tyler Bertuzzi
Joseph Veleno
Jared McIsaac
Nick Foligno
1OA
4OA
2021 2nd round pick (Det)

Columbus gets:
Jack Eichel
Dennis Cholowski
Chase Pearson
2020 1st round pick (Buf)

Any tweaks? I would like to hear some Buffalo and Detroit fans thoughts?

This is not a problem of its cost, he has a six-year contract and he is an elite 1C which is 23 years old, the price will be very high, even if Eichel himself asks for a trade. We will definitely have to return 1-2 centers in the deal. From Columbus it will be PLD+ from Detroit Larkin+, it's simple.

Ryan Oreilly when he was traded was one of the top 2 way Centers in the NHL and often top 3 in Faceoffs to boot
When he was traded he got Gregernko(KHL),Zadorov ,Compher and a 2nd round pick

Granted Eichel is 2 years younger and a better player but you're not going to get 2-3 top prospects and a couple high picks or nothing .(nor will you get an established player unless he's a #4 D or middle 6 winger.

    Eichel to me

Domi , Poehling ,Juulsen and a 1st in 2022 that becomes a 1st in 2021 if MTL makes ECF that year.

you'd be getting way more then COL got for Oreilly .
The only other option i s a 3 way deal to maximize value like Sakic did with Duchene but it will get you mostly picks extra not increased prospect quality

We will get it, I have no doubt about it. He's gone nearly 100 points this season, and he'll be worth more than ROR who traded from Colorado. MacKinnon, Eichel, Matthews are young elite 1Cs who will return a fortune in trade. Your proposal from Montreal is ridiculous.

name an example in context to your statement where a team got a ''kings ransome '' in a trade between 2 teams .

i cant recall a time a franchise willingly pissed off their Franchise player this much
    Maybe Kovalchuk ?

Give an example when a team traded an elite and young 1C with a six-year contract, which had its best season in the NHL. I'm not saying that Columbus will trade PLD+ for Eichel or Detroit will trade Larkin+, but our GM should ask for it. Deals will look different with different teams.
