OTT declines. They could sign Connor Brown and/or Duclair to a comparable deal. They also have Formenton coming in hot, and Hawryluk who had 7 points in 11 games for OTT. Probably won't maintain that 50+ point pace but even if he hits 30 that's a lot of bang for your buck.
Putting aside the fact that I'm not a huge fan, Ottawa has no real need for Johnsson.
