I get that they don’t want people knowing who tests positive, but “unfit to play” could mean anything, it will only lead to more rumours. Media isn’t allowed at practices in the bubble, if a player sustains a broken leg, nobody is allowed to know, again more rumours.

yeah like I feel like they wouldn't have put him on the roster to begin with if he was injured. And he didn't take the ice so he couldn't have gotten injured that way. Just leads to more speculation, probably why Matthews just came out and flat out said he had it a few weeks ago today

I want Marner back with Matthews and Hyman. They were so good together. But what can I say, we have a few pretty good options, nothing to complain about no matter how you arrange the top 6 as long as Marner and Nylander aren't same line
