On Boeser, I think the value is ok but Vancouver would decline. I feel that the sentiment out there is not that the team is on rebuilding mode like Detroit, Ottawa or NJ. Hence, they will ask for young NHL ready players.

Interesting NSH trade. Not sure a DAL/NSH deal happens, but I think a defenseman like Oleksiak would help NSH quite a bit actually.

Then they could ask for players like JR, Dellandrea or Harley and maybe Guri since it will not be big payday for him yet. Not all NHL players besides Guri but all 3 are pretty close.

Well those firsts cut the same deal than those prospects...only Guri is an actual NHL level player for now.

And tbh including him in the deal would sort of ruin the point of it.

Disagree here. JR, Dellandrea and Harley are, at worst, one year away from NHL. My guess is that 2 of the 3 would break Nucks’ lineup next year with a strong possibility of the 3 of them. The two first round draft pick that you are trading for will see the NHL in 3 years and maybe 4 years. We are talking about picks in the 20th to 30th range here. In conclusion, I think that we do not have what it takes to trade for Boeser in order to address the needs of Vancouver without hurting ourselves in our limited prospects pool.
