I think thats enough stats to prove hes the best defensive defenseman in the league. Definitely top 3

Uh, where are you getting your stats from? Hjalmerssen and Pesce are 1&2 in xGA, Brodin isn't top 10 in CA. xEVD, Brodin in 15th. xDEF, He's 17th, What's your source here?

Avs don’t want cap dumps, that’s a train wreck of a trade

Chiasson is a cap dump he holds no value
Nuke our scored AA and he is one of the top defensive forwards in the league.

It’s a cap dump in Chiasdon, a guy who us going to be making too much next year bc of his QO in AA and a .3rd for a guy who fits perfectly for the avs and is cost controlled

It’s a bunch of cap being dumped on the avs, it’s a terrible trade

AA has way more value than Nichushkin and on top of that their giving up a third

underpaid Bear a ton underpaid Toffoli a bit, underpaid Smith by a TON, that CAR trade is just laughable, i highly doubt MIN does that, and i wouldn't do that COL trade

The value for Colorado is probably fair, but we'd rather hold onto Nichuskin as he is elite in his role as a defensive forward, cheaper than AA + Chiasson, and we have no roster spots for those 2 forwards. If you offered the same value for AA + Chiasson as it cost to acquire them in draft picks it would probably be enticing enough though.
