Don't see Cirelli taking an OS, as most of the teams that could even afford the amount it would take to make him think of leaving Tampa would likely be quickly declined by him. He is a good player with room to grow, but he hasn't earned some massive 7 year deal yet. More than likely he signs a 3 year bridge with Tampa in the low 4's and then gets paid nicely after. Tampa also doesn't move him dke a reclamation project in Mittlestadt and a pick that might give Tampa a useful contributor 2 years down the road, if they're fortunate. For where Tampa is positioned, Cirelli holds more value than a 4th liner and a maybe down the line.
