I have a really hard time picking a cup winner. I'm wrong 10 times out of 10. But here goes. I am going to say the Pens. Probably stupid. But I'm just such a Crosby fan, and by default, a pens fan. He is still top 3 best players in the nhl, easy. And the pens have good depth. Also, they have 2 goalies capable of starting, and a great defence too. Doubt they actually win the cup. But that my prediction. Would love to hear everyone else's. The players are the ten teams I think have the best chance, in no order.
I feel like it's now or never for Tampa. This is probably the strongest lineup they will have for a while. They are basically stacked at every position.
way too hard to tell, All of Tampa, Boston, Philly, Washington, and Pittsburgh can get hot in the playoffs in the east. Tanks is healthy for St. Louis now, but Vegas and Colorado are still quite good. I'm going with Colorado and Philly in the finals

I wouldn't be surprised if this happened at this point.

Ya, but that sweeping last year really threw me off. The have a strong chance this year. I would say conference finals.

Everyone said the same thing about WSH in 2017 yet they won when they weren’t supposed to. Maybe TB will lose Serg and Killorn but will end up finding S-Pelly and Kempny like pieces

Its pretty obvious that karl alzner was holding them back
My question is how tight the games are going to be reffed, and if it’s going to be 80s pond hockey, or the hungriest most physical team gets it. I’m siding on a top end pp and a hot goalie to pull this one off. Van/edm vs Tb/pit, if it’s more normal possibly Vegas/st.louis vs Tb/wash, ok final answer edm/Tb lol

It was part of it, but it was the whole team structure that changed in 2018. Everyone played like a team, unlike the previous years, and depth guys like Eller, Smith-P and Kempny were unkown heroes that year. Also helps to have a G playing like BH did in 18 lol

Total crap shoot in this environment - someone's star player / goalie tests positive in a broken bubble and who knows?? Everyone healthy now, but no one has played in 4 months and now they have to ramp up to playoff intensity in 2-3 weeks. This will inevitably lead to injuries all over.

Even if they loose Serg and Killorn they are still over the cap... lol
Also their management doesn't seem as good anymore. Look at the trades they made at the TDL. A 1st for Killorn... two 1sts for Coleman???
