Couple things, Tracey is good but not an A prospect, Zegras is an A prospect, guys like Lafreniere and Byfield are A prospects. Tracey is a B prospect

second, I have less than no interest in giving up that much for a one dimensional player in Laine, as good as he is at that one dimension

Third, Cant see the Wings having any interest in that, Silf doesnt fit into their compete window and the add would probably have to be the BOS first in that deal or at least our 2020 second which doesnt make sense for us imo

Yeah no, Laine isn’t getting moved for that. Yes Henrique plays 2C, but he’d have WPG on his M-NTC list. Also he’s 30, and declining. Manson is good, but still not a needle mover for WPG. Like others have said, Tracey isn’t an a prospect, he’s a b prospect and that first is likely 29-31. Also idk what this guy is saying about Laine being one dimensional. He’s improved his overall game dramatically, i guess he hasn’t watched a whole lot of him this past year. He’s become a guy who can score and make plays. He’s also improving his defensive game a lot too.
