Oh, so you don’t think he’s a first pairing now? So he probably shouldn’t belong on this list, right?

I don’t think he has the potential to be first pair on a good team, but i think he’ll be a very high end 2nd pair guy.

I take him over Burns, Letang, and Suter on this list. Agree to disagree, I think he looked like a number 1 or 2 this year. say what you will about the Rangers d core but he looked special

Then why didn’t he play more? I guess the line of thinking i have issue with is putting a guy in the top 20 that you say isn’t a first pair guy yet. He played third pairing minutes on a crap team.

You can't really say they were the third pair...He averaged 19 minutes a night this season, him and Lindgren started a majority of our games down the stretch....Im saying that it is common consensus, including myself, among people who watched the Rangers play more than just a couple times this season, that Lindgren-Fox was our best and most consistent/reliable D pair, and that Fox was a standout on the blue line for us that was steadily improving as the year went on.

I take him over Burns, Suter, and Letang on this list right now, and probably over some more of those names as the years go on.

I didn’t say he was third pair. I said he played third pair minutes. He did. That is factual. There is no arguing that.

It just isn't factual though. He played on our top pair as the Rangers began to win games...meaning he played top pair minutes lol. He might've started the season playing third pairing minutes...that changed massively due to his elite play

There were three games all season where he cracked the 23 minute mark. They weren’t exactly recent. If i recall (I may not) it was when there were some injuries. You can look up the game log dude. In the last half dozen games theres a couple 20 minutes, a 21, a 17 in there, an 18 in there.

He isn’t trusted for top pairing minutes. There’s a reason for that. There’s nothing wrong with this. He’s young. There’s just 60 d men ahead of him, and he belongs nowhere near this conversation.

Disagree with you saying he belongs nowhere near this conversation according to "everyone who watches hockey"

I think you're wrong, we just disagree lol
