It isnt being reported by anyone credible... but there is some Youtube vloggers that keep pushing the narrative of CBOs. Some people will believe anything if they hear enough or if its what they want to hear

Agreed, The only reason there was 2 CBOs last time was because the owners told their GMs to spend up to the cap. And when they ratified the new CBA and dropped the salary cap down. obviously then they had to give out CBOs so teams would be cap compliant.

And if a team did their business before the cap was announced assuming it was going up. That’s on them and their GM, cap is never official until the summer

Yup they always announce the final salary cap right before free agency, How many times has both Bettman and Daly said the cap would increase to a certain number. only to be half of what they said.

Agreed and you know what? The reason why there won't be any CBOs is because...well how much revenue has the league/owners seen since March 12? Exactly zero.

CBOs are are basically handing out free money. If the players want this one time CBO, they have to give something back to the owners.

This is why CBOs are not happening this time around.
