Mostly based on potential. Hughes and Kakko have a much higher ceiling in my opinion.

Out of curiosity why do you have Pelletier dropping? If he didnt get a concussion in December he was probably making team Canada's World Junior team. He was 4th in scoring at the time in the Q only behind the Lafreniere line.
