Mikeyhv was projected at 50 points till the horrific injury. Still while many teams could potentially trade for his potential, Domi coming back would be a stretch. In general most of these trades dont help the leafs but hurt them.

Some of these acquisitions are interesting: Eriksson Ek would be perfect as our 3C.

But the Leafs lose the best player in those trades - Nylander - and you just can't replace an elite player by the sum of depth players. So overall, I don't like this for Toronto.

Mikheyev is a stud, he just didnt prove yet he could put on points like Domi did. But then Johnson is a young 20 goals winger that could fill a hole if Tatar leaves.

I don't know if I pull the trigger, but I would turn all the stones (injuries,attitude,etc.) with my staff to dig through that offer. The problem is that Domi is one of the few chips MTL have to upgrade their D core. But size at wings is their second most urgent need, so i DO consider that offer seriously....

I actually like the MIN deal. It is a solid offer for Nylander. I have no clue who those LA dudes are, so I'll pass.
