true. I think he physically is as good as anyone bigger than him. But Byfield is 17 and still growing. He could turn out to be our top center of the future.

If Jersey is offering 7 + 11 then Detroit would give them 4 instead. Ottawa would probably rather hold onto 3 + 5.

They need to rework the lottery so that if you’ve won in x years then your chance gets lowered or eliminated.

On the right: buch, kakko, kravstov and gauthier
centers: mika, chytil, strome (if not traded) and lias (howden needs to pack his bags)

I did the string of trades and they don't seem realistic? Ottawa would kill for Laffy, Devils would trade 7 and 11 for 5, buffalo is the only stretch.

Howden can leave asap. Also, Laffy is best at the wing not at center. He may have played c but I don't recall

I wouldn't trade down from 1 unless I was assured I was getting Byfield.
