Ideally yes. But theyre less productive with higher dollars against the cap, and they lack a quality backup to replace Allen. Perron seems the best bet to me, not to mention Bozak and Steen have NTCs. Perron has one too but his is the most lenient. Steen being 36 and Bozak being 35. I think Perron is the most realistic option.
