Serg and Cirelli might sign OS's

Those contracts aren't a bit of a paycut. They both take at least 2M discount in this scenario. If they'd be willing to do that, it would be for only 1 year. Also, Johnson has a full NTC and even if the Oilers would be willing to make that trade, I can't see him waive his NTC to go to Edmonton.

IMO it doesn't seem to be possible. All the Tampa ACGM's here contain massive discounts and trades of guys with NTC's who won't waive to get out of Florida so they have to play for a non-playoff team or in a tax heavy state. I expect an OS for Serg, Cirelli and Cernak

Completely agree. In a no-tax State, the NTC/NMC that their players possess and a flat-cap (at best), they are going to be in it tough. I fully expect offer sheets for Sergachev, Cirelli and Cernak. Unless all three take massive discounts, I cannot imagine that they are not forced to part with one of those three players.
