I read the scouting report lol, you learn something new about this draft every day. Its like expecting a team like Montreal to pick Zadina at 3 but they go off the board. You can sense what a team intends to do such as drafting for position or going best player available, but there's always teams that pull weird Sweeney like moves like picking Senyshen a 2nd rounder over Barzal the 9th best player in the draft in2015

I think he meant the team pick order like why do Winnipeg and Calgary pick 12 and 13 here
