That doesn’t get u domi

If we traded Domi for the only interesting pieces for the habs in CLB (PLD and Werenski) we probably have to add to much in a way its not worth it.

Anderson can be a great target tho but never at that price.

Yeah of course Seth Jones, like every NHL team but I was thinking more in terms of immediate need. We still have Weber and Petry on the right side, they are aging but still pretty good. Anyway, its the same idea, imagine how much we have to add in a Domi/Jones trade so they even think about it.

I agree that this trade doesn’t get Domi. But if Jones, Werenski or PLD is the price for Domi you’re insane. All 3 are Domi + at least.

You didnt read my comment well or its maybe my poor english but what I was saying its, the price to land Werenski or PLD in a trade that involves Domi would be so high it would probably be not worth it. I obviously know it would be Domi +++

Yeah... I’m sorry. Domi would be a great add for Columbus. Just not if it means moving Jones, Werenksi, PLD or Bjorkstrand....

And this is why a CLB/MTL trade involving Domi cannot really be realistic because those guys are too pricy and beside them, nothing is really appealing enough. Anderson maybe but I think we can get him for a decent pick and a decent roster player whatever fits the need.

Anderson for a 2nd in an offersheet is reasonable but Columbus really wouldn’t want to move him.
