I don't think it all that close but that's just my opinion. I think Seider's celling is quite a bit higher than Sandin who is playing very well this season. I don't think Johnsson will have the success he has had in Toronto with another team unless that team has a stacked offense like Toronto. He was a 7th round pick and has a cap hit of $3.4M. Now Glendening is a defensive player who fills the role happily and his contract is $1.8M and Detroit is retaining half it and they are giving up a 2nd round pick. Take out the 2nd round pick and I think Toronto has to add quite a bit to get to even.

I think your opinion is fair. Really like Sandin, but I admit Seider's potential is higher. I like Johnsson, but unsure he gets a second. I do like Glendening. Would be happy to get him, especially at 900 000. He is worth more than a 5th round pick. So I agree this is not quite fair.

I’d take out the second and add a few 3rds
