So obviously it's not perfectly realistic, but it's very hard to make these realistic well because you're not actually communicating with other gms/players but tried to be fair. Future may be rushed a little bit but Eichel, and the fans deserve a team that can win now. This team is a major improvement over last years roster. Also used draftprospects hockey to do a mock draft with their picks and picks obtained against ai gms. Lost the lottery, and slid one spot to 8. (Nylander and Mittelstadt PTSD enrages)

Did draft after made team, probably would've been more hesitant to sign Haula, as Lundell might be ready to step in as 3rd line center.

Final thoughts Haula probably got paid too little, so throw a little bit more at him to even out. Trades are going to have to happen after this year to afford Dahlin and Jokiharju's raises next year.
