Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Trade with Anaheim help them with there cap space
Give up Ehlers to Buffalo hate to do it but the teams getting fairly top heavy cap hit wise
Move Perrault out for a later round pick 4th or later
Help Carolina with their cap issues bring back a Jake Gardiner
Help St Louise with their cap issues

Overall Subtracting Ehlers, Roslovic, Perrault and Niku from the roster
Bringing back Mason, Cozens, Gardiner, Steen and adding Demelo and Edmundson in free agency. For the draft added a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th

For the expansion draft next summer for forwards

Him and Eichel would be a force, add in Skinner and he may earn that contract. Getting a guy like Ehlers would keep Jack happy

Suppose it depends how bad the gm wants to stick around and get to the playoffs next year

Buffalo isn't making this trade and if the Jets want to win a cup before Scheifele walks or gets a raise Ehlers is more valuable then that pick or Cozens would be, the top 6 takes a major hit when Ehlers is subtracted, really it's just a bad idea to trade any of the young wingers.

Don't really like any of this for the Jets other then salvaging something out of Stanley though I'm certain every teams pro scouts would nix any trade for him if they've scouted the Moose at all... Lol

This can be done without losing Cozens and our first round, if we had a more intelligent GM, we would have already played in the playoffs. I do not mind trading our first one this year, but Cozens doesn’t want to trade.
