Bruins won't be able to trade Moore in a flat cap league unless they pay a premium. This discussion has been had many times.
Those players might have higher peaks (though I don't think Kuhlman is that good)... but if BOS is wanting a cup run, their chances are significantly higher after these deals.
BJORK = no trade, thanks anyways.
MOORE:
* He's been chatted about many times yes - but anyone putting Moore as a "HOT topic of Discussion" is really just looking for things to do (Damn COVID!).
* For BOS, he's practically irrelevant really.
* The Bruins cap is not a problem in the first place. CBOs won't be a thing. Thus his US$2.75M is not either be it a flat, or falling world post COVID-19. They can keep on press-boxing him until injury or suspension say otherwise, he's added NHL-experience that is stuck in a D-depth issue (this sucks for him surely, but not the organization. He's played well when called upon so that's found-money really).
* Lastly, he can be traded for pucks and water-bottles or even waived as a last resort and be a star in PROV.
ANDERSON:
* When healthy!!
* Right now he is un-well (the dreaded concussion) and Vegas is for
gambling after all, not the NHL...
* JA, when healthy better not be a 4th liner...
