WHAT is Dickinson doing on the top line?!

Why not? This team have too many C's and Dickinson is pretty versatile.

Either Hintz or Thornton on the top line instead.
Hintz because he's good, Thornton because he probably has been a first liner before.

I liked the Benn-Hintz-Radulov from last year. Think they complimented each other pretty well. Benn as a power forward, Hintz as a speedster and Radulov as a shooter.

That first line has the same idea. Gurianov brings the shot, Seguin brings some skill and Dickinson brings physicality.

Can't see Thornton's pace or endurance being enough for the first line.

Also DAL is known for not actually using their lines as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. They rotate the lines pretty evenly.

DAL played Benn-Dowling-Seguin for couple of games this year

Dickinson can play with a top6 F and it can work out. Obviously, he's better when he plays in a bottom-6 role but it's not a huge problem, especially if their other lines are balanced.

That line actually worked pretty well. Although Dowling needed bit help from the two stars from his wings.

I like the trades. I wanted Mojo badly after Zucc got hurt but we didn’t have the picks. I feel like Jumbo and Frolik are guys Nill would look at but I’m kinda hoping he learned his lesson with Pavs. I’d take an inexperienced Dellandrea over another old slow vet forward. Kivi and Caamano are ready over adding Frolik. And I feel like both have passed L’Esp on the depth chart. Good stuff tho

I felt like Benn-Hintz-Rads had as much pop as Benn-Segs-Rads. Those guys are good together. Hintz’ finishing isn’t at the same level as Segs’ but his skating opens up much more time and space for Benn and Rads. I thought Guri and Seggy looked good together too. I hadn’t thought about putting Dickie between them, but I like it. I’d rather let Dickie play 3C and find them a strong RW, but if that isn’t in the cards your top six looks great. And like you said we typically roll the lines
