If he wants to take a discount he would do it with a team where he can get PP1 time to rebuild his value (eg. Vancouver, Winnipeg), or to go somewhere he's happy (i.e. Colorado). And it will be closer to $5m not this ridiculous offer.

I understand and I totally agree, but the idea behind posting this team was to entertain the idea of Barrie signing cheap as well as embrace the idea that FA 2020 is gunna be strange during covid-19
