MIN has done a pretty good job building a prospect pool without being gifted any top picks. Lots of mid round steals here.

It's pretty astounding given how many picks Fletcher traded away. Kirill is a 5th rounder, Beckman and Khovanov are 3rd rounders, Warren is a 6th rounder, and Hentges is a 7th rounder.

Sturm should be our 4C next season and I thought Mennell looked good during his small stint in the NHL, but both remain TBD. Hentges and Firstov are sort of boom or bust prospects I think with Firstov having the higher ceiling. It's a pretty solid pool, but pales in comparison to teams like the Kings, Ducks, Aves, Habs, and Canes.

And I tend to favor ceilings. Makes a lot of sense why you like Lundell, I think he has one of the highest floors in the draft.
