For the sharks, they get Forsberg who has had some down seasons over the last two years. He's a player who fits in exceptionally well with the sharks group of players. He's due for a rebound and on team that needs a significant talent upgrade, he's a guy if available, they should exhaust every avenue to trade for.

Sharks part with some great young assets. Ferraro in particular would have become a top 4 defencemen here and a part of the future leadership group. Great puck-moving defensive defencemen on his elc, would fit right in, in Nashville. Labanc provides a good wing especially at 3.25 mil he'll provide good powerplay time both a passing and shooting threat. Letunov emerged this season in the AHL and got a look with the big team. Solid middle six player potentially with skill. Finally the first round pick gives Nashville 4 in the top 60 which would greatly boost their prospect system. In all the preds shed some cap space, add a defender on the left side who'll be a good piece moving forward, a winger and center who will provide value for their contracts, and a pick which adds more depth to their prospect pool.
