Center depth is probably the most important thing you can have. They won back to back cups with Malkin and an average (or arguably less than that) Dcore. Is he just saying an elite Dman or somebody specific?

Their isn't 1 Dman I can think of that is worth Malkin... Maybe go Malkin for Slavin and Pesce...lol

Tell him you know he didn't watch pens hockey this year. If he did he didn't know what he was watching. Geno was absolutely in beast mode. He was incredible and at times unstoppable. Cue the 8-6 comeback win over Vancouver.

also the sheer stupidity of moving Geno after winning B2B cups is immense. We could have 3-peated if we got the bounces V/S WSH that year. We took them to game 6 OT even with tom jerk Wilson injuring like 3 guys(one of them Malkin), and that Hornqvist Goal ruled no goal, etc.
