Seems to be a ton of confusion on how exactly the odds break down - some say it's flat odds in Phase 2 instead of weighted odds. Above is how the teams break down under both scenarios. What do you think?

from my understanding its just the normal lottery odds and all phase 2 does is assign losers of the play-in round to team A, B, C, etc. and then they will slot into that position that was determined in the first lottery

What I've seen the lottery on June 23 will be normal, save for unnamed teams A-H, being a placeholder for the teams that lose the play-ins. If any of those placeholders win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd overall, all play-in teams have an equal 12.5% chance to be placed in that spot. Afterwards, the rest of the picks would be done in reverse order of worst-to-best.
