The problem with Skinner's contract is exactly what you just mentioned - 9 million a year and he has to play with Eichel to be productive enough to make 9 million worth it - TBH at 9 million he should be turning Frolik and Lazar into players

It doesn't sound like a CBO will be an option, Dmen are always in demand shouldn't be an issue to move 1 or 2 but getting full value when there is like 10-15 D options available in FA will be difficult
