I wouldn’t do it (MTL). Too steep. We need an LD, backup goalie and add to our offense (add to Tatar, Domi) before anything else. Domi played with ****ty wingers all year. He is a keeper.

Flames are the losers here because gaudreau is miles better than Connor and Domi and Tatar aren’t what the flames are looking for. however people on this website aren’t very knowledgeable so I wouldn’t expect them to know very much.

I don’t know what you mean I know that it’s a three way trade where the flames get Tatar and Domi and Fischer, jets get gaudreau and mete and some picks and Montreal get Connor. I know how to read the trade.👍

I don’t know if you know this or not but there is a thing called signing a new contract and the jets are allowed to do that with gaudreau ( I know it sounds crazy) and Domi is good but Tatar wouldn’t succeed on Calgary he wouldn’t get enough minutes.

Idk u complained about gaudreau being better than Connor as a negative for Calgary.

by your logic Domi's value goes down way lower than it should. Same with Tatar since he is a rental.
Gaudreau is an elite player. Don't act like Montreal gets a bad deal. You get a 38 goal scorer point per game young forward.

By losing a 70 + 50 points forward, I rather have 2 players bringing 110-120 points than one bringing 80

Domi did 72 points is first year, this year he was trying to do to much every time because he knows is contract is up. Pretty sure after he’ll sign long term, he’ll go back at 70 points, if I’m right, that’s 140 points away for 70-80. MTL already lack of offense
