Too low on Cirelli, Cernak OS doesn’t get matched tho imo. I don’t think he’s a 4.2m dman anyways. I think Chevy is too much of a puss to OS anyways ahaha. I think for cirelli you’d have to go past 6.5. Although, Tampa is going to be royally ****ed. All of their fans on here say oh no worries we’ll move killorn, gourde, pallet, Johnson. But they’re gonna struggle to move them as lots of teams will be cash strapped.

Tampa can't match anything... as long as the players accept the OS Tampa can't match.

Point, Killorn and Vasilevsky are the only guys they can move...

I would literally go crazy if we landed Cirelli and I think it is doable tbh. It won't be that easy to move all the players they will have to move

Sign Offersheets to leave Florida to move to Winnipeg.
I love Winnipeg and goign there but if they want to get into the OS game they really really have to over pay to make it worth their wild

They are definitely going to be in a tight spot, especially if there isn’t a CBO. I am curious on what they are going to do to get the cap space.

The offersheets are basically double what they would get in Tampa.

And they clear next to nothing with taxes in Canada and then live in the coldest city in the nhl

You won’t tempt them with not making anymore money and downgrading locations

The smart move is to trade for Cirelli. TB will be looking for young, cheap talent. Start with Roslovic and go from there. That way you don't have to worry about Cirelli not signing an offersheet, as you own his playing rights

Cap system is fair, it’s not their fault that states have financial advantages over one another when it comes to income taxes. But the price of living is considerably higher as an example how things counter balance

But in this case you are asking players to make major life style changes and not have the financial benefits from it. I’m sure they would be interested in the OS from Cali teams even though they get dominated by taxes.

Montreal = high taxes and cost of living... gg

Also Vancouver... have you seen the housing prices...

Florida... low taxes and cheap
