Buffalo will have to retain salary to get anything of value for Risto becauise most teams who will probably want him are up against the cap...he will be going to a contender who is looking to bolster their blueline depth and PP help. I think Jersey is more in need of a left shot D anyways and Ristolainen cant play the left side, at least doent have a record of doing it/
