Honestly this is really good.

Hoffman might get a little less but other than that i have no complaint.

Where's the cap space in another year for raises to RNH, Copp, AA, Yamamoto and Andersson?

There'd be some money coming off the books with Larsson, Maroon, Haes, Nygard and Sbisa expiring but probably not enough for all the RfA's and even if it was there's probably not enough to fill out the roster with league minimum players, not likely to be a large cap increase either.

I don't see how this is gonna work, suppose some guys could be dealt the following summer though and replaced internally, like maybe AA is dealt for futures and a prospect on an ELC makes the team. Idk, I think there's gotta be a way to get a top 6 winger without giving Hoffman $7M.

I agree don't think there's enough room long term for expensive top 6 winger personally rather just sign Ennis, Vesey, Pius Suter (from NLA) all for a total for 4M and hope 1-2 of them can play in top 9.

Vesey is terrible, what about Namestnikov?

Vesey will cost like 1.5M, Namestnikov will ask for ~3.5-4M and if we are getting in the 4M range i'd look to Haula over Namestnikov. Could honestly just keep Chiasson over Vesey if no other options work. Plus Vesey like wingers will be 1 year term Namestnikov will want longer

Haula is older and coming off a brutal injury though and he'll be looking for a few years of term if he can find it. Vesey stinks, if they can fit Namestnikov at $3.5-4 for a few years they should sign him, obviously it can't interfere with signing RNH and other important rfa's though.

The only player that would probably have to be moved is AA I made another for the next year and overpaid just in case like rnh for 8m Yamamoto for 6m and copp for 4m and I was just barely over the cap at 81.5m plus in two years won’t be a crazy raise but the cap should go up pretty sure it would work.

Thanks pal I went with the overpay with convincing him to come to edm maybe doesn’t have to be the case considering he has played in Ottawa and Florida lol
