His tough analytics have been well documented, but he is still a big, physical defender who can put up solid points and that is something that doesn’t fade away in the nhl. His analytics are rough, but he passes the eye test in a lot of ways

Horrible deal for Ottawa. Ristolainen is a terrible fit. Sens need someone who can be a steady presence, not another hand to QB a power play. Sens have Chabot and Wolanin, and Brannstrom who could be in the NHL this year too.

This is the fairest point I have seen so far. He has the tools and has shown flashes of being a steady guy, but it really has depended on who he’s been paired with so far in buffalo. They tried it a lot with Montour this season, but it just didn’t work. A good puck mover who is pretty stable himself is a guy that it has worked with. They played him on and off with Pilut at times and that seemed to work for us

I like the trades, made sense you did a good job of turning the Sabres around, but please no more of Larsson he is not a good penalty killer and not that good. Besides Larsson you get an A.
