With a flat cap Vegas will have around $7 million to spend on 7 players. No way can Vegas afford DeAngelo who probably gets at least $5.5 million per over 4 or 5 years. Even with a CBO and there's no guarantee there is one say on Paul Statsny. There's still no guarantee's Vegas can afford Anthony DeAngelo. DeAngelo to Vegas makes no sense because they're cap strapped just like Tampa.
