I'm not going to pick this apart to grandly but I think the highs there are pretty close and in general the production is pretty close.
The issue here is you want to compare him to a contract signed 5 years ago, but it's not apples to apples.
I think you helped prove my inital estimate that I'd give him roughly 7 on a deal. That's the value here.
