Is this an accurate assessment value wise??...

Zacha < Kerfoot
Severson > Dermott + Liljegren + Leafs 2nd 2021?????

Yes? No? Maybe, so??

The Ducks trade is more of a salary dump to keep the numbers in line and add a little bit of jam to the 4th line.

My earliest guess will be that those who love to waive the Blue and White flag will say that it is too much from a Leafs perspective.

Here's what I'll input - it is known that NJ has no interest in Kerfoot so let's pull Kerfoot, Woods and TO's 2020 2nd from the deal - makes it Kapenen for Severson (add 966,666 retention for cap wash) Dermott and Liljegren for Zacha - Kerfoot could be sent to Edmonton with out an issue and just Keep Johnsson play on LW with Matt's and Nylander for a season and boost his value

Was Kerfoot the Anti- Will Butcher in the sense he refused to play for New Jersey and went to Colorado instead of the other way around?

I can see the Leafs being interested in all 3 of the Devils players but I think that is an overpay. This is what I would say is "fair" value:
