I agree here. But K'Andre only did 2 years of college. I think at 3 years, theyd be able to step into the NHL

Now we don't need a $8m per bottom pairing Trouba, Hronek and Seider will already be our top 4 RD so Trouba at $8m per isn't a need and our #32 pick isn't going anywhere unless Yzerman is looking at steal in the Mid #20's or something like that.

id say trouba is worth more than 2 2nds, if you going trade him needs to be done before july 1st when his NMC kicks in and if that happened maybe the other team doesnt honour his NMC like nashville did when they traded weber for subban

You are certainly correct, he's worth a good bit more than 2 2nds.

I would say this is pretty close to what NYR paid for him last year, but his production has been cut in half. Plus Yzerman took 2 right defensemen with his first 2 picks in last years draft. Now yes Trouba would be one of Detroit's best defensemen but Yzerman is committed to building through the draft. For those 2 reasons I'm not sure Yzerman would do this. Honestly I have no idea what I'd do I have to think about it.
