He was on the no trade after hearing he may get traded. Players don’t like to be traded it doesn’t always mean they don’t like the place or won’t go there just that they are trying no to get traded

He’s not gonna stay in Calgary they are looking more at keeping Travis not him. You may be right about him wanting to go south but if I were him I would want to stay in Canada. If his wife has MS that means she will need medical care and obviously Canada has universal health care not to mention the leafs are known for going above and beyond to help medically. Toronto also has some of the best hospitals and doctors. That’s just my thinking tho
