Description

It’s really not much different than a lot of other boring other bruins agm’s. Move Moore to create some extra space. I think the bruins can take advantage of the CBO and try to make a deal with a team like Chicago who could afford moving a couple contracts out. It also gives the bruins an extra asset come expansion draft if they decide to make a trade to guarantee Seattle taking a specific player. Idk if it’s been discussed on here with bruins fans at all, just a late night thought

If The NHL goes the CBO route, there's going to be huge opportunity for teams that have money to spend (not necessarily cap space), and don't have any contracts in need of being bought out. Chicago, New York Rangers and San Jose are all teams who could really use more than one CBO, and teams In that position could really benefit from providing that service.

Yep Toronto would love there to be a cbo cause we could go to say the islanders they give us Mayfield for buying out boychuck or Ladd we get a defenseman and the islanders get barzel room

I've done one myself (didn't publish yet) almost got the same lineup at almost the same cap for players. In mine Chara retires and Vaakanainen takes his spot). Halak resigns one more year same cap and Clifton is the 6nd defenseman. Lauzon is the 7nd defenseman

With the exception of Krug returning which we all really think will happen the Bruins line up is pretty much set in stone. Barring anything unforseen that's exactly how it will look maybe maybe stud starts in Providence if he isn't great in camp.
