Pretty accurate imo, I would rather keep Henrique over Silf but I also have been watching Henrique since he was 16 here in Windsor

I dont know how to feel about that Rakell trade but it probably isnt far off

To get both of those things from TOR I would think we retain 50% or make it conditional on playoff success

You get yourself Jack Quinn tho. If there are 2 needs Anaheim needs it’s, a sniper like Holtz, Perfetti, Quinn and a RHD like Schneider/Drysdale

Yeah definitely adding one of them would be great, especially on top of Drysdale, thinking about fully committing to a rebuild makes me sad tho tears of joy

I think I only make that if we do get Drysdale

It’s not really fully committing. You’re already deep into one haha, you’re just missing 2 elite prospects and this team would be solid. You still have your long term goaltender and your top 2 Dmen

Yeah thats true, Steel and Jones (among others) not really taking that step forward this year is scary though, I'm hopeful for year 2 for them

Ryan Kesler is on career ending LTIR, So he can't be CBOd and unless Anaheim gets #3 not sure they wind up with Jamie Drysdale. I could see Detroit with their #4 pick more then likely selecting one of Drysdale/Rossi. Unless perhaps Byfield should fall to #4 depending who picks #2 and #3 and perhaps they take either Stutzle/Drysdale or Rossi.

Who’s going to take Drysdale at 3? The top 3 is for sure Laf, Byfield and Stutzle.

Pretty sure LA would take Drysdale at #3 if they land there.

Maybe LA but Stutzle can play wing so I can see them taking him there. Detroit won’t take Drysdale top 3, Ottawa wouldn’t pick Drysdale top 4.

I love the trades, just not really the picks, I'd much prefer Rossi or Raymond assuming we have 5, literally anyone over Quinn at 10, I wouldn't touch him in the top 20, and draft our RD in Grans and/or Niemela at 30ish and 36

It's a silly trade proposal. Leafs send Liljegeren t the Marlies and keep
their first rounder and then would have 4.1m to spend on a UFA rather than have Manson. Manson is pretty average now and and only has two years left till UFA.
So many Leaf fans and non Leaf fans think the Leafs HAVE to overpay just to get a RHD who really doesn't improve the Leafs that much.

Ikr. Liljegren's development has been fine. He has had a strong ahl season as a 20 year old. He just hasn't transitioned into the nhl. Manson is a defensive defenseman that throws hits and that's about it. Liljegren will be just as good as him. I don't understand why Manson is worth Liljegren + first + more

I agree, Liljgren's progression have been fine. Is he NHL ready? Not sure.
To answer your question why Manson is worth so much. You're new to CapFriendly. This obsession with a RHD, virtually RHD traded to Leaf has been going on for years. Apparently the Leafs have to overpay more than any other team to get the magical RHD. And really can anyone believe Manson or the list of so many are going to make that much difference to the Leaf fortunes.
It's a RHD epidemic. Some Leafs fans believe that any RHD is leads to the Cup parade but the Leaf haters, really have the worse trade proposals. 95% make no cap or trade value sense.

Overall, I like the moves. It's a strong play, but certainly bolsters us where we need it. Two comments:

      (1) I would want an additional asset with Rakell e.g. B-prospect, especially given the likelihood we see no change in cap and he has a beauty of a contract.
      (2) I wouldn't just move Henrique for no reason. Tracey isn't ready IMO to step up and Henrique is one of the few veterans we have that has gone all the way to the SCF. I think you need someone with that experience in the team.

I don't see TOR accepting that deal either, but that trade isn't really core to the betterment of the team. Getting Drysdale alone immediately improves our RD situation (not immediately, but in time), with or without the addition of Liljegren. Keeping Manson, but having him play fewer, easier minutes would also massively benefit the team.
