Hate to say it, but Jones ain't going anywhere, and neither is EK65. And tbh, Jones is a solid goalie when he doesn't have the weight of the entire team on his back. The pressure DeBoer put on him caught up last year and stuck around this year. He needs a proper 1B to help share the load. I love Aaron Dell as a person and a backup, but he is NOT a 1B goalie.
As for Karlsson, I think he'll shape up. He was still recovering from last year's injury all early season, he had a baby, and he was caught in the middle of the locker room discord as a result of Pavs, Donskoi, and Braun leaving. It was rough for everyone, but I think our coach really got everyone to pull their heads out of their asses. I expect to see a turnaround whenever next season begins, the Sharks hate missing the playoffs.
