no, the NHL was right leaving Hartford, there wasn't enough fans to continue to draw. The Civic Mall wasn't big enough for an NHL team. It was right to move. If the facilities are in place, the NHL should go back, but not unless they are certain they will draw fans, the facilities will be NHL standard, and the NHL will profit from it
