Say why should the sharks get out of the vlassic contract, mtl price or alzner contract. I don’t see it happening but I’ll be torn if it does considering teams should have to suffer if they want to give someone and extended contract

so u want new york to lose a backup who has proven he can work. Lets face it Strome wont get a massive raise as Panarin is the reason for those good numbers rn. Even if there isnt a CBO rangers can always buy out lunquvist and still have 17mill to spend on 8 low cost players

thats why their is the two-goalie system. Penguins, Islanders, Blues, Carolina all used it and it worked almost perfectly. I could see the rangers adopting it as not only does it give both goalies plenty of play time but they also get enough rest. As for Domi, the rangers could get him but Montreal would expect a bigger return.
