    If Tallon is asked to move Barkov, Ekblad and Huberdeau, It's because ownership is shedding salary. No way are the Panthers taken on a more expensive Marner for Ekblad. Florida easily turns that down.

    He is, and it is why the Leafs wouldn't make that move.
    Apparently he is also a really great locker room guy too. One of the most popular players in the room by all accounts. For what he is and the Leafs team needs, he is staying.

    Honestly Florida needs more help on D then the wing. Adding another high end scorer while losing probably their best Dman isn't the way to go about it.
