Will do. I think zucker with his speed & forechecking will be good for Geno.

Murray is not worth a 1st from the Red Wings. Maybe a really good teams 1st round pick but not Detroit. And I don't think they'll trade their 1st round pick anyways

yep we do. Dubas is going to be more focuses on aquiring good solid depth defense for next season like Weegar, Cernak, etc. Marner aint going anywhere. Not yet anyway. If he goes its gonna be for a top 4 rd with term

Defence seems a little week tbh. Might be asking to much from Joseph quite yet. Also yeah they can win a cup but the real question is without Murray can Jarry go all the way??

Leafs can sign Demelo or Pietrangelo at free agency if they move Marner. My friend told me the Leafs need more Hornqvist type players than Marner.

You’re right it’s never ideal to rush a young defenseman, but GMJR is confident in him. Honestly he can’t be worse than the washed you JJ. Jarry will be an interesting case cuz when murray was struggling immensely at the start of the season, he dominated. He always had starter potential & maybe he’s finally showing it.

only thing i am concerned about with pitrangelo is his age. Some defenseman tend to slow down after 30 others (Weber) look like they can keep playing forever. Lets say the leafs sign pitrangelo 9.5 for 8 years and he does well the first 3 than slows down for the remaining 5. these are the questions we must ask before signing such a player to that much cap.

Yes that is true. Every player will decline eventually & the Leafs with their young core probably don’t need a player in his 30s.
