I personally have him ranked number 3 in my rankings. He is Barkov 2.0 and many people are undervalueing him badly.

Barkov was breaking records in his last season in Liiga. I see Lundell as an incredibly mature kid. He's the closest to NHL ready in the top 10 (excluding Laf), but I see a 60-70pt 2 way C ceiling.

Lundell imo is the best forward in this draft defensively. Just incredibly smart in his own zone and plays all situations.. and offensively on level of guys like Laine, Kakko. I see him being 1C tbh. Maybe I just see something that isnt there (I doubt it tbh), but I feel like the kid is gonna be number 1 center in the NHL for some franchise. Depending on the franchise of course. If team like Buffalo picks him, then 2C behind Eichs but if team like Anaheim or Montreal or Ottawa, definitely a number 1 center.

Oh I agree, he will be a #1C, but a #1C like Ryan Johansen but more defensively responsible. He's fine, but he needs a more offensively talented piece paired to him
