I don't think FLA take that at all and I don't think the CBJ trade is great for us. The others are just fillers and would be okay moving to other teams or buyouts etc.

My worry for Columbus is Shaw my not ever play again so Saad is kind of used as a sweetener to get a potential top 4 D man

Agree Shaw is a risk and not sure he has much trade value right now. However, Saad is a top line two way winger that is great defensively and was on pace for 30 goals this season. I'm not sure the Hawks should trade for a potential 2nd line defensive player.

Columbus has no room for more wings. We need a center and Chicago needs centers about as much as Columbus does. There really isn’t a trade here that fits. Sorry.

I'd say you're way off on both what other teams need and for what value.

We don't need centers that much. Toews, Dach, Strome, Kampf, Carpentar, Barratt, Kurashev...plenty of bottom 6 options with Toews and Dach in the top 6. Strome as such, unless he is a bonafide top 6, might be moveable.

Both have injury issues. straight swap or CBJ include a pick also or we include a later pick.

All dependant on if Murray can skate or not. At least Shaws body is fine just his head has been the issue.

Murray can still play... Shaw... not so much.

I would be more attracted to Shaw + 4th/5th for Murray.
